Paul Green

Paul is a Commercial Airline Pilot with a decade of experience in the aviation industry. After losing his dream job due to Covid-19 in 2020, Paul decided to pivot and use his experience to help others. He started his wellbeing coaching journey in Health and Social Care, helping NHS frontline workers at a time when they needed it most. Paul is now bringing this training programme to the wider world.

  • Who can take The Wellbeing Contract online course?

    This course is aimed at anyone who would like to improve their wellbeing. This could be small business owners struggling with work-life balance, CEO's who find that wellbeing sits at the bottom of their to-do list or a stay at home parent who wishes they could prioritise their self-care. This course can work for anyone.

  • How does the course work?

    The Wellbeing Contract course is split into 3 cycles, which are 4 weeks in length each. The first cycle will equip you with the theory behind stress, wellbeing and fatigue - using the same human factors training airline pilots receive. The second cycle will introduce you to wellbeing strategies from industry experts. You will learn what strategies work best for you. The third cycle will be where you craft your wellbeing contract. A resource which will provide you will life long wellbeing support.

  • How is the course delivered?

    All of the course content will be delivered online. Content will be released weekly on www.wellbeingcontract.com and via your own course Facebook page. You can complete the weekly tasks at your leisure to fit in with your current schedule. We advise that you spend 20 mins per day to keep on top of the content.

  • When does the course start?

    Courses start monthly, with the first course starting on 11th January 2021.

  • Is this course linked to aviation?
